How To Post Photos To Your Website From Your Cell Phone

You can now send photos taken on your cell phone straight to your website using Twitpic.com. To do this you'll need a twitter account. If you don't already have a twitter account go to Twitter.com and sign up for one.

1. Go to TwitPic.com and login with your Twitter username and password.

Twitpic is a service that uses technology supplied by Twitter. So you'll need to user a Twitter login to use TwitPic.

2. Copy and paste your TwitPic badge onto your website.

After you've logged into your TwitPic account click on the badge link at the top of the page. You then want to select your badge code, right click, and then copy. Navigate your way back to your WebStarts page editor view and click insert and then HTML code. Paste the TwitPic code in the space provided and then click 'OK'. You can then drag and drop your TwitPic badge where you would like it to appear on your page. Wherever you place the badge is  where your photos will appear on your site.

3. Take a photo with your cell phone and send it to your TwitPic email address.

Now that you have added your TwitPic badge to your website you'll want to take a photo with your cell phone and either email or text message it to your TwitPic email address. You can find your TwitPic email address by logging into your account and clicking on the 'Settings' link. Make sure you don't forget to attach your photo to your email or text message.

Once you've sent your photo it will post after a few minutes. Now everybody who visits your site can see what you're doing at any moment. TwitPic is a fun way to keep your site content fresh.
